Supervisor Programme Preparation
Participant Programme Preparation
- Inner Theatre Inventory (ITI): survey opened Friday 17th July
- Self-reflection artefact: participants select an image, poem, piece of music, or object that expresses who they are, in preparation for the introductions on Day 1
- Pre-reads:
- Leadership Group Coaching in Action (Kets de Vries, 2005)
- The Clinical Paradigm (Kets de Vries, 2025)
- 121 psychodynamic group executive coaching (Ward, van de Loo, ten Have, 2014)
- Post-Day 1 homework: after the first session, participants receive a reflective task to complete before Day 2, alongside their personal ITI report. We've recommended they set aside time to review the report and complete the assignment beforehand.
